Rose Wednesday

Jan from Jan and Tom's Place hosts Rose Wednesday every week, I decided to show you more rosy photos as you can imagine I've been taking hundreds of photos and since many of you dear blogger friends who live in the Northern Hemisphere are going into winter, I thought you might appreciate seeing some Spring scenes.
"Jubilee Celebration" (David Austin)
Tree Rose "Candy Cane" up close (see the white streaks?)
"The Dark Lady" (David Austin)"Tamora" (David Austin) in front (apricot)
Last but not least, I have been trying to leave the first Spring roses on the plants as long as I could, but since we had company last Friday night, I thought it wouldn't hurt to cut some fresh flowers for some arrangements and below are the pictures. Now make sure you also hop over to Jan and Tom's Place to check out other bloggers' lovely posts on Rose Wednesday. Have a lovely Wednesday.

I think you have one of the most beautiful gardens in blogland! Your roses are just lovely & I don't see a black spot on any of them. *said a little petulantly*

Lovely! I also like the floral arrangement - the lavender accents made the perfect touch!

Hi Rosy, Happy Rose Wednesday! What a cute post, your roses are just beautiful, it would be heaven for me to grow roses like that. I have awful soil so I have to work hard to get a few blooms.

Your roses are so beautiful. My yard is quite small, and I just planted my first rose bush this year. I hope it does well. Thanks for sharing your lovely garden.

Beauteous, beauteous, beauteous. I still have every intention of painting some of your beauties. I want to do one small enough to ship to you in Australia!

And in looking at your garden, hmmmm, maybe there's a painting there, too.

Hmmmmmm, maybe you should PUBLISH A BOOK! :-)))

OK, I'll stop about the book thing.

Hope you're having a wonderful weekend!

Does anyone here know the name of that painting/print or the artist?
