Restored to Dignity

Remember this table? I salvaged it from a pile of verge rubbish. A few coats of paint later (and lots of elbow grease for sanding) now it looks oh-so-fine. I painted it a pale pink. The last picture I took didn't show the details underneath . I also put little appliques on to add a bit more detail and to give it more character.

(I'm a fan of the nester, too, and was snooping around her commenters, to find other inspirational ideas! ;-) )

Wow what a transformation! Hard to believe its the same table....so PRETTY! You must feel so clever with yourself - you should.
I hope the weather is being kind again...there's nothing quite like Autumn roses so I can just imagine how beautiful yours will be if they're not already. They are so much bigger and have such intensity of colour.
have a great rest of the week, Angela.
